For help with DoseDyno, email contact@dosedyno.app. Include the app version, your device model, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or sensitive health information.

Scanning meals or labels

Use a well-lit, in-focus photo and keep the full meal or supplement label inside the frame. Nutrition and label results are estimates. A completed meal estimate is saved to your log. Review the result, and use the editing controls when the foods or portions need correction.

Subscriptions and Restore Purchases

Open DoseDyno Settings and choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the permanent DoseDyno account you want to use. Your purchase platform manages billing and cancellation through Apple Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions. Deleting a DoseDyno account does not cancel a store subscription.

Sign-in and account access

Check your network connection and confirm that you are using the same sign-in method you used when creating the account. If Sign in with Apple was used with Hide My Email, continue using that Apple sign-in rather than a different email address.

Notifications and health connections

Change notification and camera permissions in your device settings. Change Apple Health access in iOS Settings or Android health access in Health Connect. Health sync is optional. DoseDyno only reads or writes supported data after you grant the corresponding permission and account sync consent. Disconnecting stops future sync; it does not delete summaries already saved to your account.

Privacy and account deletion

Use Delete Account in DoseDyno Settings to request deletion of your DoseDyno account and associated app data. You can also use our account deletion page to request deletion without the app. See the Privacy Policy for retention details and contact us for an access, correction, or privacy request.

Advertising privacy choices

Free accounts may see a Google AdMob native ad while a photo is being analyzed. Results do not require watching or clicking an ad, and PRO does not show analysis ads. In the updated app, open Profile > Ad privacy choices to review the choices available in your region. Required consent and opt-out forms are provided by Google's User Messaging Platform.

DoseDyno requests non-personalized ads and does not provide your health information, meal photos, nutrition logs or supplement inventory as ad targeting. Read the Privacy Policy for the advertising SDK's data collection and contact contact@dosedyno.app if you need help with a privacy request.
